BIO

Tazeen Bari is a documentary director, producer and cinematographer based in Islamabad, Pakistan. She has been making documentaries independently, for broadcast, for various production houses, and for the development sector for over a decade. She has a BA in Politics and International Relations and earned a graduate certificate in Documentary Media Studies from The New School in New York City. She is the owner and director of KINO Films Pakistan, an Islamabad-based production company specializing in producing documentary films. She is the Co-Founder of the Documentary Association of Pakistan and is also developing her first narrative fiction feature.
